We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached. Items must be in their original condition — free of wear, stains, odors, or damage.

Exchanges for Size or Fit

Need a different size or fit? Email us athello@revivalranchco.com with your order number and the size you'd like, and we'll help you swap it out, subject to availability.

Sale & Final-Sale Items

Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we'll cover shipping and make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@revivalranchco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please don't send items back before hearing from us.
